Proven Reliability
Solar electric systems are a proven technology and are extremely reliable. Photovoltaic (PV) cells were originally developed for use in space, where repair is extremely expensive, if not impossible. PV still powers nearly every satellite circling the earth because it operates reliably for long periods of time with virtually no maintenance.

Solar panels have no moving parts, and therefore no potential points of mechanical failure. Recommended preventive maintenance is usually limited to semi–annual rinsing of the panels with water and monthly reading of inverter production. Every Sean Energy system carries a 10–year warranty on all parts and labor. Our solar panels carry a 25–year warranty from the manufacturer.

Reliability Pledge
We apply a rigorous process to ensure that your system meets the highest standards for quality and reliability. We are so confident in the reliability of our work that if your system is ever down for more than a day, we will pay you for your lost power.

Maintenance Services
For larger systems or systems with difficult access, Sean Energy offers optional maintenance contracts. Borrego Solar will schedule annual or semi–annual maintenance visits. During these visits Sean Energy will provide the following services:

• Clean the module
• Check all electrical connections
• Log lifetime and instantaneous power and energy output
• Check for any plant growth causing shading
• Write a report on system status and any corrective actions if necessary
